Check-in time
Mon–Fri 7am–7pm
Sat–Sun 8am–6pm

Check-out time is 7pm, after that the customer will be charged the boarding fee for overnight.

Stay provides pick-up and/or delivery service for dogs, for a fee. Pricing available upon request.

Visa, Mastercard, cash and checks are accepted forms of payment.

Food
Owners must bring food for your dog to avoid changes in the dog’s diet. Individual meals must be packaged in zip-lock bags per length of stay. Edible treats are welcome. No rawhides allowed.
Alternatively, owners may purchase food from our retail store.
Medication
Make sure medication is labeled and dosage instructions included.
Emergency
If your dog becomes ill while you are away, we will contact you and your veterinarian immediately.
In case of emergency during regular business hours, we will transport your dog to the nearest veterinary clinic. After hours and on-weekends, as needed, we will transport your dog to a 24 hour Veterinary Emergency Center.
Belongings
Stay provides beds, blankets, water and food bowls for our guests. Please refrain from bringing belongings from home.
Stay is not responsible for any lost or damaged items.
Health
Stay requires a veterinarian certificate indicating proof of vaccinations for distemper, rabies, parvovirus and six month bordatella for at least 7 days prior to boarding. Titer protection may be substituted for the distemper and parvovirus vaccinations.
Please inform us if your dog has not been spayed or neutered after 6 months of age.
Temperament
Stay requires that dogs pass a brief temperament test. Call us at 773.509.0001 to schedule.
