+ FAQ

Why does my dog need to come in for daycare before I board him/her?

Daycare visits are a perfect time for us to get to know your dog. There may be some behaviors that arise as your dog becomes more comfortable and we want to keep everyone safe.

Do I need to bring my dog on a specific day? Are there any restrictions?

First Timer daycare visits must be scheduled Monday -Wednesday and it must be a non-holiday week.

Why does my dog need to be spayed/neutered? (S/He never mounts at the dog park)

Our daycare consists of up to 30 dogs in one space and your dog may not be used to that. They are also playing for 5 hours as opposed to playing at the dog park for one or two hours.

Can I request for my dog to be in a specific group?

Yes, however if we feel the safety of the dogs is jeapordized (i.e. having a large dog in puppy group or small dog in large) we will make necessary changes.

Do you ever ban or kick out dogs?

The only situation that would result in Stay banning a dog would be if there is human aggression and our handlers are unable to properly care for your dog.
